In addition to our build-to-print capabilities, we take on the entire development cycle for comprehensive UHP gas systems, integrating mechanical and electronic functionality. Based on your requirements, we design, engineer, prototype and manufacture the systems. We even consider the potential end-of-life reuse/recycling of components in our process.
Our products include pre-fabricated gas distribution pipe spools, gas delivery systems, gas panels and cabinets, and valve manifolds. To deliver the best possible solutions, we combine engineering, welding and CNC bending expertise with an in-depth knowledge of gas properties, your processes and equipment.
Qualification and validation
We are committed to zero defects and design for ultra-reliability and continuous operation. Which is why we rigorously inspect and test our products, and carefully document each step of the process for traceability purposes. Helium leak integrity and pressure testing as well as safety checks are, of course, an integral part of the process. We perform FATs and SATs. And even build dedicated test set-ups.
