Quality Process

In high-tech industries, even a small defect can lead to significant disruptions, resulting in downtime, lost revenue and delays. When quality is critical, control is paramount. That’s why we go beyond the simple “checked = OK” approach. Every product undergoes three layers of quality control: incoming inspection, in-process verification and outgoing quality control.

We meticulously log every pressure, leak and functional test, recording exact values rather than just OK/NOK. This allows us to identify trends before they become issues. However, if a deviation does occur, our structured approach ensures a swift and effective response. We define the problem, contain it, trace the root cause and implement corrective and preventive measures. Our goal is not just to fix issues but to continuously improve.

Compliance

We work in accordance with PED, ASME and HACP/EHEDG regulations and guidelines. In addition, most of our welders are fully trained International Welding Practitioners, holding all the relevant welding and SCC (SHE Checklist Contractors) certificates. Smink and Pharma Processing are also ISO9001:2015 certified.
